Learn how management accounting can look when it is clearly focused managerial decisions and providing a solid model of business operations and resource flows.  Resource Consumption Accounting seeks to raise the standard of management accounting and quality of practice by creating an approach based on principles that support managerial decision making uncompromised by the generally accepted principles of financial accounting and reporting which are primarily focused on external stakeholders.
