The NCC Board will meet on Wednesday January 19^th   at the Così located in the QWEST building (Fairfax Drive and Stuart Street)in Ballston.  The restaurant is located across the street from the Ballston Metro station (Orange Line).  Parking is available on street, Stafford Place building (garage entrance on Stuart near 9^th) or the Ballston Common Mall ($1 for 3 hours).  Time: 6PM
